Kiklo’s disaster recovery services suite starts with data replication.

The Snapshot EFB solution is a disk based device which out performs tape based solutions as it is much faster to backup and recover from disk. Using a disk based solution also allows you store up to 32TB of data per 2u server rack. Our Snapshot EFB solution is built on the following principles:

• Full backup daily
• No two identical files are ever both backed up
• Data compression
• Browser based remote management
• Multiple client backups at the same time
• Random recovery
• Controlled redundancy

The Snapshot EFB solution replicates your data to an internal hard drive within the device, once a successful backup job has completed the data is then synchronized to a hot swap removable caddy. This caddy is then housed in a shock proofed carry case and stored offsite in our data vault.

Kiklo Cloud Backups allows organizations to conduct remote folder- and file- level backups of distributed desktops, laptops and servers that can be accessed and restored to any machine at any point in time —regardless of whether they are currently logged into the corporate network. This online backup solution boasts the following key features:

• The Schedules can be set to run up to 7 days a week and up to 2 twice per day.
• 30 days of backup data are retained in the online storage space and Incremental backups are only stored if the file has changed.
• If a file is deleted from the agent, the latest version will be kept offsite indefinitely unless deleted using the Manage function.
• If the Kiklo Cloud Backups agent is uninstalled from an endpoint, then all backup data for that endpoint will be removed from the storage server.

Should your organization experience a disaster or hardware failure, our availability services will have you up and running as soon as possible by providing standby hardware ready for when you call. We will recover your systems to this hardware temporarily while you rebuild the necessary infrastructure.

Our recovery services are SLA based, ensuring you will receive priority server when you are experiencing a failure.

Having a successful daily backup does not ensure that your systems are recoverable. The daily backup takes care of the data, our continuity services ensures that your server and application environment are backup in a manner that supports full and quick recovery. This is achieved through server imaging, for both bare metal restoration as well as virtual restoration.
